Aaliyah Day 2026 Vendor Registration

& Space Agreement

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at Aaliyah Day, a community celebration dedicated to honoring legacy, healing, and cultural empowerment.


All potential vendors must complete this form to be considered for participation. Applications will be reviewed in the order received.


Applicants will receive an email notification of their application status within 72 hours of submission.

Vendor Space Agreement – Terms and Conditions

  • This is a rain-or-shine event.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable, unless the event is officially canceled by Mrs. Krystal and/ or Redirecting Our Culture.

  • No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Vendors must comply with all setup (load-in) and breakdown (load-out) times provided by event coordinators.

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe and professional vendor space throughout the event.

  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event and may impact eligibility for future events hosted by Redirecting Our Culture.

  • This is an outdoor event with limited electrical access. Vendors should plan accordingly.

Vendor Space Details

All vendors must ensure that products and services are appropriate for a family-friendly community environment.


Each vendor will receive:


  • One outdoor vendor space

  • Approximately three feet of clearance on each side of the booth


Vendors are responsible for providing their own:


  • Tent or canopy

  • Tables and chairs

  • Display materials

  • Lighting if needed

  • Water and sanitation supplies

  • Any other equipment needed to operate their booth


Due to the outdoor nature of the event, electricity will be extremely limited and not guaranteed. Vendors should plan to operate without power whenever possible.


If additional space is required, vendors must request and pay for it.

Food Vendors / Food Trucks

Food vendors must comply with all county and health department requirements.


Food vendors agree to the following:


  • Vendors must be legally registered or obtain a temporary food permit for the event.

  • Vendors must properly dispose of all trash before leaving the event or take it with them.

  • Dumpsters may be available on-site for vendor use.

  • Failure to properly dispose of trash may result in a $100 cleaning fee.


To ensure vendor diversity, the event may limit the number of vendors offering the same type of food or beverage.
